Dr. Emmanuel Ngwakongnwi

Dr. Ngwakongnwi is a Health Services Researcher and methodologist, currently working as Research Officer with the University of Calgary (Qatar campus). Additionally, he is an Individual International Consultant in the areas of Health System Strengthening, Global Public Health, and Proposal Development.

Some of his overseas research work examined sex differentials in counseling and testing for HIV, as well as challenges to implementing a health information system in Cameroon. Previously, Dr. Ngwakongnwi worked as Population Health Measurement Lead with the Health Quality Council of Albert (HQCA), Calgary, and Canada; and was co-chair and Advisory committee member of the Africa AIDS Community project, AIDS Calgary.

Dr. Ngwakongnwi has been of the Cameroonian-Canadian Foundation’s Second Vice-Chair and he is currently the Head of the Healthcare Committee.
